So this friday is Halloween. You know what they say.. its the one day of the year girls can dress "slutty" and get away with it. Some have no problem with this cause they are born with amazing bodies and flat stomachs,but for the rest of us we like to hide it. Well I've been doing some new ab moves from
http://www.self.com and it has been working. Do about 5 of the moves doing 3 reps of 12-15 makes a huge difference. SOme of the moves I've been trying are: the reverse crunch, the bicycle, the ball crunch, planks, and V-Ups.

Try them and maybe you'll be able to show off your sexy stomach just like everyone else this Halloween.
